New Card: Panty Raid [Helper]

This new card has the ability to turn into any card in the game when used. You could get one of the Cheat Cards, or another Energy Card. When used or discarded, it will go to your Discard Pile as Panty Raid, so you can try your luck another time~ Using Panty Raid while having the Lucky status will turn your card into a Special Attack Card (same element as the most amount of energy cards in your deck) or a Cheat Card. It will consume Lucky once you use it.
